“Nothing makes me feel more alive than helping others identify and apply their natural gifts in a professional setting.”

CALIFORNIA – Amanda Wittstrom Higgins is Principal at Full Cup Solutions, a full-service consulting firm for agriculture and beverage industry businesses eager to build impactful and unconventional strategies for the future. The nature lover and basketball fan is also founder and President of Dream Big Darling — through the nonprofit, she engages, inspires and mentors the next generation of women in the wine and spirits industry.

“Our hope is [to] create a community of women who can lean on one another throughout their careers, while creating a culture of giving back and elevating one another,” Amanda says of the venture, which she launched with friends in 2018. “The program has been incredible and it's been amazing to see the impact.”

The Hall of Femme honoree, mom of two and new dog owner ensures that her work aligns with the values she holds dear: inspiring greatness in others and helping them achieve their goals. “Many times there is a gap between where they are today and where they want to go; I help provide a road map, strategy and accountability plan,” says Amanda. “There is nothing more fulfilling and I get to do it each and every day.”
