FULL CUP ETHOS

The Penguin & the Full Cup Ethos

“My 8-year-old son Cooper has been my biggest cheerleader in my career and recently drew me a picture of a penguin—his favorite animal—holding a coffee cup with a heart on it. In choosing the penguin as well as a full cup of (one of my favorite beverages, coffee), he captured the essence of my own personal and professional ethos.

Adaptability + Positive Change

The penguin is playful, resourceful, adventurous and resilient, character traits I bring to everything I do. It represents adaptability and positive change, as evolution slowly transformed their wings into fins beautifully suited to their environment. I excel in dreaming new paths into action.

The penguin represents the unconventional. While winging through water seems counter-intuitive, it works. I believe in identifying and amplifying new perspectives, voices, ways of thinking and approaches.

“Full Cup Penguin” - Cooper Higgins

“Approaching life with a heart of abundance or a “full cup” allows us truly give to others and create everlasting change. That’s my approach. We aren’t in competition with one another. Our goal is to make the set bigger, the audience bigger so we can bring more opportunity, love and joy to everyone, and ensure they keep those glasses full.”
