Bear Pascoe
President, Full Speed Performance
Pascoe is a former NFL tight end, best known for his time with the New York Giants, and a Super Bowl champion (Super Bowl XLVI). Raised on a family ranch in California, he transitioned to a professional rodeo career in steer wrestling after his 2016 retirement from the NFL. He is now a coach and runs Full Speed Performance, a company focused on training athletes for various sports, including rodeo.

She founded national non-profit Dream Big Darling for emerging women beverage professionals in 2018, is the former Executive Vice President of Ancient Peaks Winery in Paso Robles, was co-founder of Wine Speak Paso Robles and launched Full Cup Solutions in 2022. Higgins was recently included on the prestigious Wine Business Monthly Industry Leader list.
